Patricio "NICO" is just as Spanish as they come. Legend has it that the Andalusian was once the infamous Unicorn, and that many born will have a bump that was from the horn. Patricio was born with such a bump so that it was only fitting that we nicknamed him Nico, for "uNICOrn". This gelding is now growing to be very tall and athletic, with movement to take your breath away. He will be a great contender for Dressage, Jumping or just pleasure.

Pedigree

Just look at the awesome bloodlines on Patricio. Although Patricio will be grey, his sire Patriota is a black/bay stallion who was imported from Costa Rico to Canada. Patriota's grandsire is Poseido III who is a National Champion of Spain and Costa Rica. Nevado III also a famous stallion in Spain with many champion offspring. Patriota is featured in "The Classic Book of Horses" by Robert Vavra.

Patricio's dam is Amada, who's bloodlines come from the Cardenas stud. Tuna is by the Cardenas foundation stallion Bilbaino III.
